Predicting CSE Undergraduate Students’ Careers Using Machine Learning Algorithms in the Context of Bangladesh

A survey of 468 CSE students from various Bangladeshi universities identified key factors influencing career choices, including academic skills, soft skills, and job preferences. Outcome: Most students prefer the software development sector. Machine learning algorithms like Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, and Random Forest were applied, with Random Forest achieving the highest accuracy.

Characterizing the Role of Link in Tweets by npm Maintainers: Source, Purpose, and Decay

Investigated 18,408 links in NPM maintainers’ tweets to understand their role in the NPM ecosystem. Outcome: Most links target package management content like blogs and tutorials. 80% are unique, and 20% are repeated. GitHub is the top domain after Twitter, with 5% of links inaccessible.
